Samsung x427m Download Error

This is for Ringtone Media Studio 2

I get the following error when I download the ringtone to my Samsung x427m phone:

New phone detected

You have changed your phone but did not update your Ringtone Media Studio settings to reflect this change. It gave me the steps to follow and I made sure I have the correct model phone. It still gives me the same error when I try it again.
When I go into Options the Phone Settings option is grayed out. My registration is showing the following phone x427 not x427m which it should be. Is there anything I can do?

So when you go the phone selection you have selected the x427m correct? How are you trying to transfer, bluetooth or IRAD?

I do select x427m when I go into the phone selection. I transfer Over The Air my locker. IS there any further help? Thank you.

Do you have internet as part of your calling plan? That will be required to use the My locker feature.
