So what happens after it hangs up, or are you alwasy getting a Busy signal on your phones? Is it a fast busy or a slow busy?

You might try this to see if it helps:

1. With all programs closed go to Start
2. Go to Control Panel
3. Go to Phone and Modem options (it might be under Printers and Other Hardware)
4. Go to the modem tab
5. Remove all modems listed there
6. Close everything and restart your computer (when windows comes back up it should reinstall the modem)

If that does not, you may need to contact the Modem manufacturer. Thats an issue with the modem.
