Melody section is corrupted

Hello. I have the new Razr phone and I've used this software many a time to make ringtones and it has worked. Problem is, the Melody section randomly doesn't work now. Here is a clear picture of what I see everytime I load up the Melody section:

Now all the other sections work, but why not this? I'd un-install and re-install it but problem is I can't find the darn cd for it. Do I need to download an upgrade or something?

What version of Windows do you have? What version of the program is this?

I have Windows XP OS
Ringtone Media Studio Version 1.04
