Bullet points in Microsoft Word

When printing to a pdf using eXPert PDF V4 from Microsoft Word bullet points are coming out as question marks.

I am running Windows XP SP2.

Any ideas how to cure this?

are you viewing the pdf file in Expert pdf's reader or Adobe?

It makes no difference. Bullet points print out as question marks regardless of whether it is viewed in Adobe or eXPert PDF Editor.

I have been unable to reproduce this issue. Mine works fine. You might try uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

I've noticed this occuring with other PDF creation packages too.
I have a feeling it may have something to do with the selected font...
