If i have a OBEX BlueTooth Adapter on USB to the computer. And a Standard Motorola Blue tooth adapter for.. Motorola T720. Will it be able to xfer midi file ringtones?

I don't understand your question about the Bluetooth, but the information I have says the T720 does not support Multimedia, so you will not be able to transfer to it as far as I know.
