Updating phone list...update engine not installed

Hello guys...I bought the software a while back...done ringtones and wallpaper for the Motorala Slvr manually but since then I have messed around with it and lost those settings...so today I tried to update the phone list...and I keep getting a "Update engine in not installed!" error...where can I download the update engine? or do I need to do a complete reinstall?

my specs:
1) Product Version:1.04.
2) Phone: Motorola Slvr
3) OP System: Windows XP
4) Details of issue: "Update Engine is Not Installed"

You might try uninstalling and reinstalling. We have not been able to reproduce that issue in house so we do not have a fix for it currently.
