View Full Version : not able to play recorded voice mails

Product: Classic PhoneTools (Gateway)
Version: 3.06
OS: Windows XP Home

I am not able to play recorded voice mails. The play button is not active. One thing I noticed is when I go to the inbox and try to save a voice mail to another location I get an error that it can not find the voice mail file. It is looking in the wrong location. The location it is looking in is c:\program files\phone tools\vocfiles\wavms,11025,8,1 however the files are located in c:\program files\phone tools\vocfiles\dvipcm,8000,4,1

I am not sure if one has to do with the other.
