LG VX8100

I have a LG VX8100 phone and purchased Ringtone Media Studio 1.04 at CompUSA. I registered the product and updated it. I sent the sound andromeda-13.mpg to my phone via SMS and it received it successfully. It stored it in my sounds on my phone but I cannot select it as a ringtone. I also tried aquamarine.mid and the same thing happened. I can play them on my phone but cannot assign them as ringtones. Any suggestions? I am running XP SP2. That would be a phone issue, you will need to contact LG for more information about your phone.
