V3_T-Mobile_403: Access Denied

When I try to retrieve my ringtone/image from the SMS Message I receive a "403: Access Denied" error message. How do I fix this?

I'm using Ringtone Media Studio v1.04 on Windows XP Home, SP2

Do you have internet as part of your calling plan?

I'm having the same problem with v 2.10. It worked for a month and now I get the same error message when I try to go to the message. Did you find out why?

What is the File you are trying to send to the phone? Is it a ringtone or a video? and whats the size of that file.
