1. Motorola Phone Tools. Version 4 .
2. I am using a Motorola V3 Razer. I am connecting to the PC with a USB cable.
3. The operating system that I am using is Windows XP Home Edition.
4. My problem is when I try to transfer the MP3 file a message pops up saying: "Processing failed"
5. Scenarios under which the issue occurs: I can transfer files from the phone to the PC and from the PC to the Phone. I can also transfer Pictures, but it does not transfer the MP3's. And its not the codecs because I fixed that issue already.
6. I recieved this program from a friend for my birthday with the phone, don't know exactly where she bought it.
