NOTHING happens at all - program closes immediately.

I bought PDF Expert 4 Pro (German version) at an internet dealer in a box and installed it on my notebook (windows XP version 2002 SP2). When I try to open any(!) existing PDF file (I tried a whole list), the program closes immediately without doing anything. Same when I use "send to" from the explorer: program "flickers" very shortly, that't it.
I am absolutely pissed off: just wasted my money without getting anything at all :evil:

Are you able to open the software, then use File, Open to open a .PDF?
