ok i got the song to download to my phone text thing i went to download and i said save and open then it said do i wnt it to go to real player i said no it said download is complete but then when i went into check or change the ringtone its not there. i contacted sprint and they said can only download 64 k for a ring tone. how can i get a ring tone down to 64k or whatever it needs or what advice do u got so i can use this program to download music as ring tones. and if its downloading them since it says complete whre are they on the phone.
