Setting Up Multiple Voicemail Boxes in Classic Phone Tools

I'm having trouble finding documentation for how to set up multiple voicemail boxes in Classic Phone Tools. I'm not sure which version of Classic Phone Tools is on my PC (it doesn't display when loading, and I can't find any traditional Windows "About...." information that would tell me the version number). It was preloaded on my Dell Dimension 2400 that I purchased in August 2004.
My goal is to have people call and choose between two possible mailboxes for leaving messages, but I'm not sure how to do that.

The Dell version does not have that option.
