receiveing fax

I can send fax but can not receive. I have an all in one lexmark 5150 and am using windows xp :oops:

Do you have Faxtools open when you are trying to recieve?yes i have I really do not know how to configure this fax tool thing.I am a novice and its very hard for me. I did a fax once but must have touched something and goofed it up.Anyhow thanks for ans.Can anyone help me out there to configure? i have no cofidence in myself. :oops:
