after scanning, data does not go to bvrp fax tools

When using the "fax using your computer modem", after scanning the bvrp fax tools program should open with the data in the outbox. It no longer does. I have uninstalled the lex x5150 and reinstalled, updated the driver, applied the isdn patch, all to no avail. I have checked windows files, all okay. I use windows home xpsp2.

Try this:

1. Go to Start

2. Go to Control Panel

3. Go to Add/Remove Programs

4. Click on Add/Remove Windows Components

5. Uncheck FAX SERVICES

6. Click on Next

7. Click on Finish
