Ok, I'm converting from MS Word to expert PDF. The default PDF settings for the fonts are to embed all fonts. However, it does not do it after the conversion. It shows my fonts in the PDF settings, however, after viewing the PDF, it defaults to the Arial font.

I've tried checking the box and unchecking the box for embed fonts. I realize that it's a typo. I've tried installing and reinstalling. Nothing seems to work.

There seems to be an artifact line in conversion that appears also in every document that has the image of my logo. I'm not sure what you would even suggest fix that.

I've tried several things with the font issues with no sucess. I'm using windows XP. I will not be buying the license for this software for the rest of the computers in my company.

I don't understand the issue? What exactly is happening?

What do you mean by "artifact line in conversion "?

The issue is that during the conversion to PDF format, your program changes the fonts to standard Arial. I would have a word document with various fonts. I would then convert it to PDF. After the conversion, it would replace the fonts that was used in MS word with Arial or some other.

What I mean by artifact is that there is a white line through some images after conversion when there was none in the original.

I've heard that this does happen when using version 3 of expertPDF.

You are on Version 3?

I've never heard of either issue actually.
