help my software won't start up

I just purchased the ringtone media studio (CD) and installed it on my computer. When I double click the icon to start the program it just flashes a picture but never opens the program. Please help. Thanks in advance :(

What version of Windows do you have? Is the program running in the task manager? Which phone do you have? has the program allowed you to choose the phone yet? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program?

I have windows XP and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. When installing the program I get all the way to the end when you choose a phone and finish installation then when I click on the icon it won't load the program, it's not running in the task manager.
