Shortly after I installed expert PDF and tried to send a fax with windows, expert did something very wrong and I lost all of my printers BVR phone tools one also. SPOOLER error, I could not recover from this so uninstalled expert but the fault still lay with BVR fax printer, so I uninstalled that and my pc crashed (big time no chance of restore) so I fully reinstalled windows.
After several months I re-installed expert to try it again but when I shut down maybe a week la :evil: er I can only start windows in safe mode, when I use restore I sill have the problem again and again untill I use a restore point before I installed expert.
This is a disaster I have had many years of crash free pc usage until I purchaced expert (no wonder you can't try before you buy) flakey software to be avoided.
