Initializing...

I have a problem with the program. When phone tools starts up it only stays in the initializing step. What should i do??? i also dont know how to creat ringtones...can someone help me???

What program are we talking about?

I'm having the same problem...I'm using mobilePhoneTools v3.0 on a laptop using winXP with SP2. I've tried turning on/off the phone as well as creating a new profile and neither makes a difference. Any assistance would be appreciated.
