download will not install phone tools

Hi, I am running windows XP 2000 on a Dell, original had BVRP fax only software on it. Using a Conexant HSF V92 56K modem. I purchased and tried to load PhoneTools 6 today, 4/10. Everything for the fax loads fine, however, the phone module did not load. I uninstalled the old software, reinstalled and again the phone tool did not download, only the fax. I am at a loss, please help. Thanks

Your modem is only a data fax modem, your are not going to get the voice functions with it.
