500 error

I have a Motorola v551. I contacted Cingular to see if there was a problem with trying to connect. I have downloaded other songs via this method, but it doesn't appear to work with this program.

Cingular told me that there was a compatability problem. Too much information on the website or something like that was trying to be transfered.

Is there a way to fix this on your side so that people such as I could download via SMS.

I get the text message and then I follow the instructions and it gives me "Page Cannot be Displayed or 500: Internal Server Error"

5. How did you receive the software?
I bought it at OfficeMax.
