Foward Fax To E-mail Automaticly

Is there a way to automaticly forward faxes (incoming or outgoing) to an e-mail address?

1. From FaxTools eXPert, click Functions, then Mailbox Management.
2. Right-click on the Inbox and left-click Mailbox properties **
3. Cilck on the Forwarding tab and set it to E-mail.
4. Enter in the email address you want to forward your faxes to.
5. Make sure that Frequency is set to 'Upon receipt'
6. Enter a subject for faxes. You can use the variable list (the arrow to the right of subject) to have it send the identifier, date, and/or time,

** NOTE: If you have setup specific rules for faxes to go into a different mailbox, you will want to right-click on that specific mailbox instead.
