I have a cable modem fax tools doesn't work

How can I get fax tools to work when I use not only a cable modem, but have my computers hooked up to a wireless lynsys system?

The version of our software that you currently use does not support faxing directly with your cable modem, however if you still have an analog modem installed in your PC, you should still be able to fax provided it is still plugged into an analog phone line. We do offer two software packages that allow you to fax over the internet with cable. These are FaxTools eXPert and PhoneTools eXPert.
