I just updated to version 4.24 and now I don't have the voice mail or phone buttons. During installation the BVRP Program detected my modem correctly and then it asked for the Manufacturer and model. I have an Intel modem that had the original BVRP program. The only manufactures listed were 3COM and US Robotics and Intel wasn't even listed. I though I would pick one that was the closest match. The model I picked was "US Robotics V.92 PCI FAX/MODEM (1/1)"
I thought I would be able to change it later but no luck. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't ask me for the information again. I have looked through the computer registery and cannot find where that information is kept. The only place I can find the model name I selected is in the BVRP help / about classic phone tools. Please help me if you can. I am about to reinstall the old version again so I can have the voice message and phone options in which I already tried and it works.
Please help
