3150 I can't fax anything

I have tried to use my fax but nothing will fax. Every time I try to send a fax I get this message
“C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BVRP Software\FaxTools\Capture.dgr”

Here is a link and instructions for downloading and installing Capturefax BVRP. Try this and see if it helps.

1. Go to www.bvrpusa.com/capturefax

2. Save the file to your desktop

3. After the file is downloaded, close all programs, and from your Windows Desktop, double-click on CaptureFAX.exe .

4.To verify the Capture Fax drivers installed, from Windows, click Start, Settings, Printers and it should show those drivers.
