Can't attach MS word doc, can only file>print from MS wor

Hi

I can't attach a MS word document to fax. I can only open ms word, and select file>print.

I did find and install a patch, so capture bvrp would be listed in the printer list (it hadn't been before that), so I can fax with file>print now. But I still can't click the attach button and attach a word document, and I'm not sure why. I did find a patch for msword docs, but I think it was in German, and it would not install.

Should I just leave it like this, and not try to attach docs? Or, is there something I can do so I can attach word docs?

What exactly is happening when you attempt to attach a Word doc? Are you getting any errors?
What version of Windows are you one? What version of Phonetools do you have?

I'm using Windows XP, Classic Phone tools,

and when I try to attach a word document, I can select the document, it opens in another screen, says processing, then a whole new blank send a fax screen comes up, with nothing entered into it, and the document/fax is never sent. It never dials, nothing happens at all, except phone tools opens a new screen, with all blank fields showing.

How are you attching the document, are you printing it to Capturefax BVRP or are you in the Send fax window?
What version of Classic Phonetools do you have?
