I have upgraded from Version 2 to version 4
This has so far been a bad move with the following problems

1. Incompatible with older versions of Acrobat Reader

I prefer to use Acrobat Reader version 5.00 but the files created by eXPert PDF Version 4 cause Acrobat Reader to complain
"The file may contain newer information than this viewer can support"
This happens regardless of the "Compatability" setting I use in eXPert PDF Version 4

2. Multi page documents "empty" of data causing an error message in Acrobat Reader "Expected end of color space"

3. Using Watermarks of more than a few lines causes a memory access error. Access Violation at Address 06AE2AA in module vspdfcore9.bpl Read of address 00000030

1. There is not way around this. The version 4 was designed to work with newer versions of Adobe.

2. I am unable to reproduce this issue. What kind of Document are you using as the original?

3. When exactly is this error coming up? How are you getting to the Watermark editor? We may want to get a screen print of this one to research it further.

I need you to take a screenshot of this and e-mail it to me.

1. With the message/error on the screen, press the PrintScreen or PrtScn button on your keyboard.

2. Click Start, Programs, Accessories, and click Paint to open Paint.

3. Click Edit, Paste in Paint. The picture of the message should appear in the Paint window.

4. Click File, Save As..., where it says Save In at the top, change this to Desktop.

5. In the File name field type in your last name, in the Save as type field set it to JPEG and click the Save button.

6. E-mail that to forums@bvrpusa.com and include the link to this thread for reference.
