View Full Version : How to make expert pdf a trusted source macro
Every time I run Word 2002 with Expert PDF installed I have to choose to enable macros, is there a way to add Expert PDF to Word's list of trusted sources?

There should be a check box on the pop-up window that says "Always trust macros from this source." Check this box before accepting the macro.
If this box doesn't show up, ask what are your user rights (Administrator, Guest, etc) and what kind of work environment are you in (a network with an Administrator that sets up policies)?
You can view your trusted sources by going to Tools->Macro->Security and clicking on the Trusted Sources tab. From this window, you could also put a check next to "Trust all installed add-ins and templates" to get rid of the message.

Sorry for picking up such an old thread. I'm using MS Office 2003 Pro, (Win XP Pro, admin) xpert PDF 2 Professional (2.0.4). Every time I start my office products I'm facing a dialog box telling me, that no one trusts the macros of expert pdf. I tried to dig in the documentation of microsoft on how to trust a 3rd party macro but I never succeeded.
Maybe you can help me with that. thanks a lot in advance.
