:oops: I have only recently started to use a home computer. Can anyone tell me why when i am trying to uninstall my Lexmark all in one i cannot delete the fax section in add or remove. Each time i try to re install i am told the spooler print is turned off and it will not allow me to alter anything. Heeeelp!!!!

What version of Windows do you have? What exactly is the error you are getting?

I am having the same problem!!! I use Windows XP SP2 Could you tell me how to manually remove sftwr from my system? :oops:

The Faxtools would be removed seperately in Add/remove programs.
