I have a Lexmark X1100 All in One printer. I use a DSL Internet service. I do not have another phone hook up on the back of my PC for a regular phone connection. Is there any way for me to use the Fax fectures of this printer?

The version of our software that you currently use does not support faxing directly with your DSL modem, however if you still have an analog modem installed in your PC, you should still be able to get it to work fine. Typically you will need to have a filter plugged into the analog modem and we do have a document on our website outlining how it needs to be hooked up so please take a look if you are running into any problems since getting DSL: www.bvrpusa.com/download/documentation/DSL_Setup.pdf

We do offer two software packages, FaxTools eXpert and PhoneTools eXPert that allow you to fax over the internet with DSL.

FaxTools eXPert
14-day trial version available on our website!

Just want to thank you for your answer. I'm going to try your free trail package to see if it works, then I'll buy it. If that doen't work I'll have to put the phone modem back in.
