Cannot read saved faxes

Dell Desktop - software came with system - Conexant Modem


I reformated and reloaded my software. I had saved the complete folder from phone tools on disk before the reformat. After reloading, I copied the Document and Queue folders back to the proper location.

When I try to open the save faxes, I get the following error -

"Conversion of ... files by DGCCITTN.DLL failed"

What can I do?

You might try uninstalling and reinstalling the program and putting the files in it again to see if that helps. If you are still getting the same error after that, then the files appear to be corrupted somehow.
