Help need help with lexmark

Hello, i just baught the lexmark all in one. I cant send a fax nor receive it. I have already found my modem. After i try to send fax it says transmission time out. brennan_woods2005@yahoo.com email me there or i will check this back.

Which printer do you have? Which program are we talking about and what version is it? What version of Windows do you have? Which modem is in the computer? Do you have high speed internet?
