Using RES v. 1.01, bought it from Amazon.com...
My problem is after installing it and trying to update the software, it shows 3 checked updates that are ready for downloading and installation. After downloading all 3 updates, the program closes and a window pops up saying:
"Update Failed
The live update module has intercepted an error:
Error Number: 0x4
Description: File does not exist"
What can I do to fix this?
I'm using XP Pro w/ SP2, I have a Motorola V3 RazR (altho it isn't connected at the time)..
Thanx for any help..

You might try going to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BVRP Software\Mobile Studio and deleting the Live Update folder there and then try Live updating again to see if that helps. If not, Please contact our technical support queue at 720-330-1458 between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday or by e-mail at support@bvrpusa.com, we will need to get you a download of the newest version to see if that helps.
