Dll bad or not found. Verify: bvrpctln.dll, usrecall.dll

I had to reinstall my mobile phone tools since my hard drive was replaced. I have win xp2 pro. THe phone is Motorola V600 GSM from TMobile.

I am getting the error on startup
Dll bad or not found. Verify: bvrpctln.dll, usrecall.dll

Any help will be appreciated.
