Having upgraded from v2, I am surprised and very disappointed that this latest version does not seem to embed and support fonts that are in the documents that I am trying to convert into pdf format. Am I wrong in assuming that eXPert is a form of printer driver and therefore should 'print' whatever is on screen?
v2 did this perfectly. What can be the problem? Why did I upgrade?
Sorry to seem so negative, but I am very concerned that I will no longer be able to display my material correctly.

No, printers are not always able to print all fonts.
In the Expert PDF with a job loaded, go to PDF at the top and then PDF settings. Go to the Fonts tab. There should be an option to "Exclude all fonts" (should actually be embed all fonts), check that box. let me know if that helps.

No, I am sorry but this is just not working. I have followed you advice - in fact had already done so hence my original comments.
It is not to do with a physical printer at all, but with what is on screen. It is wrong at that stage. The fonts there are not being translated into the pdf. In other words, to use an old computer phrase, WYSISWYG, is just not happening - which is the first demand of any programme that is supposed to output any document into the real world, be it a pdf or hard copy printed paper.
I am very happy to supply the material so that you can see just how badly this programme is performing, particulalry when compared with my old v2 that was perfect in this respect.
