winphone 2.11a upgrade for win xp sp2

I have a 3com external us robotics message modem that came with BVRP winphone 2.11a an excelent soft for me, when I update from win me, to xp pro it was all ok: then I update to win XP pro sp1, still OK, now I update to win XP sp2 and the software says that there is a problem with the hardware and cannot get independent mode. Is there an update, patch or anything that can solve this, I cannot buy another modem or new soft. Please let me know at my mail stevejd@infovia.com.ar

The 2.11a is not an XP compatible version. You will need to contact US Robotics locally to get an XP compatible version. You will also need to make sure your modem drivers are update to the Specific XP drivers for your modem.
