software compatability

:twisted: my hone is listed in the support list , but cannot find on the phone list. also cannot get tones to transfer onto my samsung a950. i think that if a phone is listed, it should have been tested to make sure it is compatable with the software.

I do not know what you mean. Which phone do you have? What version of the Ringtone Media studio are you on? How are you connecting the phone to the PC?
