Can't sync data

Hi all

I have just install Motorola phone tool version 4.0 which came with my phone that i brought from 3G store the problem is i can't get it to sync with my PC it takes forever i mean forever i have once left my PC on for the whole day and came back to find that it was still trying to sync

can anyone shed some light to this tread


i am running the software on Windows 2000 Pro service Pack 4
