I have OEM Phone Tools, ver 2.11b. I am about to upgrade the OS to XP, but am told that this software is incompatible. I see from other posts that you "sent" apparant updates, but I do not see where I can download that update from the BVRP Web site, nor from those other posts.
Can you either direct me, or send me the update?

That is correct, we do not have the download links posted on the website. I am sending you the information to download it.

What version of Phonetools do you have? What did it come with?
