Conversion problem

First, I am not exactly sure what version I am using. But, in the "about ePhoneTools" screen, it says: Multimedia Software 4.01 Version. If that is not it, then let me know. I am using Windows XP, and I have a 56K voice modem.

Now, the problem is that when I try to send a file from MS Word (for example), I get the error message: Conversion of (file path).doc by failed.

How do I fix this?

You have Ephonetools plus correct?


Here is a link and instructions for downloading and installing Capturefax BVRP.

1. Go to www.bvrpusa.com/capturefax

2. Save the file to your desktop

3. After the file is downloaded, close all programs, and from your Windows Desktop, double-click on CaptureFAX.exe .

4.To verify the Capture Fax drivers installed, from Windows, click Start, Settings, Printers and it should show those drivers.
