SoftV90 Voice Speakerphone Modem
3. What operating system are you using?
Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2
4. Details of the issue: From within Adobe Acrobat Reader I print to CAPTURE FAX BVRP. The driver comes up and the printing process "appears" to take place. However, when I subsequently go to Send Fax in Phonetools, the document is not attached. In addition, when I do a "Search" for capture.dgr, nothing is found. This worked in the past.

Purchased directly from BVRP
This began recently. Two months ago it was working fine. Other than the "routine" Microsoft system updates, I've done nothing new to my system.
