Problem with Images

I am creating wallpapers with my media studio and sending them to my Lgc200 phone , but when they get there , they are black and white and distorted looking. I sent some of the pre made ones that came with the studio and they are fine.

I have tried to resize the pics and everything and they still comeout all black and white and look horrible. What do I do?

Which phone do you have? How are you connecting it to the PC?

Can you create the image and save it on the computer and view it? Does it look OK there?

What version of Ringtone Media Studio are you on?
