lexmark 3150 Help!!!

I can scan and download from memory card the only thing that is making me go crazy is i can not print anything it keeps saying the lid is open and no matter how many times i open and close it it says the same thing Help!!!!! please [/b]

I am not sure what you mean. We only support the Faxing Software Faxtools that may have come with the printer. If you are having issues printing you would want to contact Lexmark.
