Just purchased a dell dimension E310 with classic Phonetools 4.24 installed on it last month. See you have verision 6.0 on your website.

Is there a way to upgrade to the 6.0 for free/minimal cost since machine is less than 1 month old?

Does the version installed support multiple voicemail boxes? if so how do I configure it to do so?

No, there is not an upgrade price for the Classic 6. It is a purchased version that is seperate from the Free Version you get from Dell.

The Dell version only has 1 voice mail box, it does not have the Advanced Answering machine options in it.
