I have: 3Com US Robotics 56k Message Modem, Win98, no ISDN.

I have heard about a new update which allows you to answer telelphone calls when you are online. Can you give me anymore info please?

We do not sell a program that does that. There is not a version of Phoentools that will work while you are a dial up connection to the internet.

You need a modem with 'modem on hold' capability and subscribe to 'call waiting' with your phone company. While on line you will be promted to 'ignore' call or "answer call.
