Cannot fax documents

I can fax everything, but documents. When I click "preview" or "Send," I get a dialog box that says Conversion of (file document) by Word failed. I do not understand what it means to fix the problem. This happens with any type of Word document I want to send. I can send scanned documents or coverpage just fine except Word documents. What happened to cause this error? I was able to send Word documents long ago.

Here is a link and instructions for downloading and reinstalling Capturefax BVRP. Capturefax does the converting, lets see if this helps.

1. Go to www.bvrpusa.com/capturefax

2. Save the file to your desktop

3. After the file is downloaded, close all programs, and from your Windows Desktop, double-click on CaptureFAX.exe .

4.To verify the Capture Fax drivers installed, from Windows, click Start, Settings, Printers and it should show those drivers.

I have done this, and it still does not fix the problem.

How are you attaching the document, are you printing it to Capturefax BVRP or are you in the Send fax window attaching it?

I am in the Send Fax Window attaching a regular typed Word Doc.

Try this instead then, open the Document and go to file and then print. In the print window, change the printer to Capturefax BVRP and then click OK or print. The Send fax window should now come up with the document attached.
Let me know if that does not help.
