can't fax multiple scans

I have fax tools that came with lexmark x5150 printer

my modem is Agere systems pci soft modem

operating system is windows xp2000

after scanning my pages into the computer i open the fax tool

but see no way of faxing more than one page at a time to the same location therefore forcing me to redial for each page

help!

The faxtools that came with the printer can only take on attachment at a time. The only programs that we have that will allow you to attach multiple attachments to a single fax are Faxtoosl Expert and Phonetools Expert. You can purchase those on our website here. To scan multiple pages directly to Faxtools the All-in-One Center must be open before sending multiple documents. Click on START, ALL PROGRAMS, DELL/LEXMARK PRINTERS, DELL/LEXMARK ALL IN ONE CENTER.

1. The first step to fax in the All-in-One Center is to click on FAX USING COMPUTERS MODEM. This is the image of an black rotary phone.
2. This will bring you to a wizard. Make sure that you have 'prompt me for another page' check-marked.
3. Place your first page face down on the scanner bed. When the first page is on the scanner bed click next.
4. Your scanner will begin to scan the page to our software, when the first page is done scanning you will get a propt for the second page. Read this propt.
5. When you are done scanning the desired amount of fax pages to Faxtools, you will get a Faxtools send fax screen. If you see the Send Fax Wizard, fill out the requested information and press next to advance to the next required information. When your at the end of the wizard press finish.
6. You will now be prompted to send or preview, click on preview if you wish to view the cover page and attachments or just press send to send the fax to the destination.

I discovered a way to fax multiple attachments. A little frustration sometimes.
Use your Lexmark scanner. Setup the scan software to scan multiple pages into a scan document. It makes a single attachment, from multiple scan pages. then send the single attacjhment
