Hi,
I run Connection Manager Pro v1.0 (0925).
My live update settings only allow manual updating. The other options are greyed out....
Suggestions..??
Thhs...Chris

I am not sure what you mean. Live update is Grayed out?

Exactly what I said...
Live update has three settings...manual and two automatic.
Only the manual setting can be selected. Both the automatic settings boxes are greyed out and cannot be selected.

So its not live update that is grayed out it is in the settings that you are seeing it grayed out?

Yes,
the automatic settings are greyed out in the dialog box that gives three options: manal and the two automatic ones. The automatic selection check boxes are greyed out and neither of them can be selected.
Was this a problem when the software was first released...?? I used the registration code to unlock the trial copy - which I got the impression was an early one. I one I tried to download initially was in French(!!) so I had to use the trial copy...

I need screenshots of Help->Avanquest Update->Settings.
1. With the message/error on the screen, press the PrintScreen or PrtScn button on your keyboard.
2. Click Start, Programs, Accessories, and click Paint to open Paint.
3. Click Edit, Paste in Paint. The picture of the message should appear in the Paint window.
4. Click File, Save As..., where it says Save In at the top, change this to Desktop.
5. In the File name field type in your last name, in the Save as type field set it to JPEG and click the Save button.
