Fax keeps sending extra blank page after cover page

I am having trouble just sending my cover page and a fax. It always seems to send a blank page in between my cover page and fax message. I can see no setting for turning this off or setting it for only one page. Can anybody help?

There are probably extra blank lines at the bottom of the message text of the cover page. If you are in the Send fax window you can hit the clear all button to fix that. In Send Fax Wizard you will need to manually delete those extra lines.

I know this is an old question but I am having the same problem. The suggestion that was given does not work. I still have the blank page after the cover page. Any suggestions?

Thats really the only suggestion I have. Are you typing something in on the cover page?

Going in and using "send" under menu I was able to hit the "clear all" and this did resolve the problem!! Thank you so much. I was getting so frustrated causing the recipient to use up a blank page with just a header on it! So unprofessional. I really appreciate the tip!
